We are a Supply Chain Consultancy, based in Charlotte, NC.  We began our LLC in 2003 as a group of corporate leaders who decided to teach and consult.  In 2005, we expanded our team to 7 consultants and added content expertise in industrial engineering, 6 sigma quality and sourcing.  Our primary focus areas are the global supply chain, network modeling, sourcing, manufacturing and distribution operations, transportation and outsourcing.  We have extensive experience in many industries and have gained the trust of clients and several, leading private equity firms.
